Village Café on Collins brings a contemporary, classic and sustainable focus to our menu. You will recognise a few well-known classics in addition to our more contemporary dishes – all of which are “on trend.” We take pride in our focus on sustainability. Our menu features many of the wonderful and unique products we have right here in our backyard – Cairns and surrounds, as well as from regional Australia. Our approach to menu planning is to select fruit and vegetables that are ‘in season,’ thereby reducing our food mileage. Many of the fruits and veggies we use are grown on the Tablelands and Cassowary Coast.
We enjoy a warm relationship with many of our local purveyors.
We are now fully licensed, and offer a selection of local craft beers and regional Australian wine varietals.
